AYALA IP – Intellectual Property & Corporate Law is a law firm based in Asunción, Paraguay, whose practice focuses primarily on Intellectual Property, with particular emphasis on the registration, management, protection and enforcement of trademarks.
We advise domestic and international companies, rights holders and foreign law firms, providing legal representation and assistance in Paraguay in matters of trademarks, patents, utility models, industrial designs, copyright and other intangible assets.
Our practice also covers Corporate and Commercial Law, advising companies on corporate, contractual and commercial matters, and Civil Law, acting in property, contractual and court matters.
